If you have a fitness goal, I can help you achieve it! If your aim is to lose weight, gain muscle, get ready for your next competition or gain that competitive edge over your competition as an elite athlete, I can create a training and nutrition program specific to helping you achieve your goals.
My training services are available in person in the Niagara Region (St. Catharines, Niagara Falls) or online.
I have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and have received numerous certifications in personal training, including CanFitPro, CPAFLA and PFLC. As an IFBB Fitness Pro, I have the knowledge and expertise to help all my clients – both men and women – transform their bodies and get in the best shape of their lives.

PROGRAM 1
12 Week CUSTOMIZED Body Transformation Program
- Initial consultation to discuss your personal needs and goals.
- Weight training and cardio programs tailored to your current knowledge and fitness level, keeping in mind your specific goals for weight loss, muscle building, fitness milestones, etc.
- Customized nutrition and supplementation programs created with your dietary preferences, restrictions, life and work schedules in mind. Amendments made based on progression towards your goals.
- Unlimited e-mail communication for additional guidance and advice.
- Regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide accountability towards achieving all of your goals.
PROGRAM 2
12 Week CUSTOMIZED Competition Preparation Program
- Initial consultation to discuss your specific competitive goals and establish a comprehensive plan to develop a physique that highlights your strengths and improves upon your weaknesses.
- Weight training and cardio programs geared specifically towards preparing for your specific class of competition, whether it be figure, bikini, fitness or physique.
- Customized nutrition and supplementation programs created with your dietary preferences, restrictions, life and work schedules in mind. Amendments made on an ongoing basis as you progress closer to your competition date.
- Peak-week training and nutrition plans tailored specifically to you in order optimally display your physique and all your hard work on stage the day of your competition.
- Guidance with all aspects of show preparation such as competition date selection, suit, hair and makeup, tanning, etc.
- Unlimited e-mail communication for additional guidance and advice.
- Pictures and updates sent at regular intervals are important to monitor progress, provide necessary feedback and make required changes to ensure you step on stage looking your best.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- One-on-one Consultation – A meeting to discuss your fitness challenges and goals (in person if local or via Phone/Skype)
- Single Nutrition Plan – One Single Phase of Nutrition
